13. This was Belinda, wife of Hezekiah Baylis Rice, who lived in Marion, Crittenden Co., Arkansas. She was Solomon Joseph’s oldest sister, who had raised him after their mother had died in about 1826, when he was only three years old. They had evidently parted ways at her marriage in 1832.
