The Woolley lineage traces back in Pennsylvania in the early seventeen hundreds. The immigrant was from somewhere in England yet to be discovered. He was not a Quaker when he married in Philadelphia in 1729, but became one later. Associated with Thomas Woolley is a research report representing some of the intense effort that has be expended on attempts to identify him better.
