32. Nun-cupative will of Daniel Gotherson, August 25, 1666 [GDS pp. 39-41; PCC mico fol. 135]. The probate occurred on September 24, 1666, nineteen days after the fire. Judge Davis's recollection was that Daniel was executed on September 29, 1666 [see fn. 52, SJD p. 11]. Perhaps his reading of an earlier document was faulty in two respects, reading an original "4" as a "9" and that he was "executed" instead of his will being probated for execution.
